How much does it cost to use the laundry machines?
They are $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry, and can be used via laundry card (purchased on the 2nd floor of each tower)
What size of apartment homes do you offer?
1, 2 & 3 bedrooms
Are you pet friendly?
We do have breed restrictions. $350 one-time pet fee and $50 dog rent $25 cat rent.
Are all buildings pet friendly?

Yes, each floor has a garbage chute

Yes, they are equipped with a nest thermostat

What are your leasing qualifications?
We run credit and criminal background check. Collections or past due amounts cannot exceed $499. You must make 3 times the monthly rent.
How long does the application process take?
About 3 business days
