Hello! We are so excited you have decided to apply.
Before you begin, here is some helpful information.
Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
1) You will need an individual email addresses for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in your new home. You will have an opportunity to send a link to all other applicants.
2) You will need a valid government issued ID; you will be asked to upload it. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, you must upload documentation of immigration status from the bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly known as U.S. Department of Immigration and Naturalization). Your visa must allow you to reside in the United States during the entire term of your lease.
3) Please be prepared to enter and upload some/or all of the following: 2 most recent paycheck stubs (you could be asked for more); bank statements to reflect the direct deposit of 2 recent paychecks; Offer letter with contact information for verification (we do not call employer toll free numbers for verification); You will need information for the previous 2 years of residency history. Address, contact information for rental verification, # year(s) at each address, rent or mortgage payment amount.

Please be aware, if an application is cancelled beyond 48 hours of completion (i.e., payment) the earnest money and applicable fees are to be retained by the agent as liquidation damages. If the application is denied by agent, applicant will receive a refund of the EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT only, within four (4) weeks of denial. CREDIT CHECK FEE is always non-refundable. Please note that Twin Lake Towers only accepts co-signers for full-time students that do not income qualify for an apartment. If you have any questions regarding co-signing or being a guarantor for another applicant, please contact the leasing office at (630)241-1100 before paying the following application and/or holding fees. These fees are non-refundable for all circumstances.
