|Recommended: YesLet me start with it's our first time moving out and we looked for so many apartments but were disappointed with customer service and the units looked completely different in person. We finally came to the Twin Lake Towers apartments. Their customer service is amazing Kathia made everything so easy for us and helped us throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend this place
|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly, great place to live — We moved in just under a month ago and the whole process was great. The building is quiet and clean and everyone we have met has been so friendly. There is always parking available close to the building. We can't say enough about the wonderful people who work here, especially Katia She is amazing at her job and is so kind, she has made our time here so far really great. She is definitely a credit to Twin Lakes We are so glad we moved in here and can't wait until summer to use the pool and other outdoor amenities. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new home

|Recommended: YesReally Nice Place To Live — I am truly impressed with the staff and the actual apartment. I was relocating and wasn't able see the apartment myself but the staff was willing to do a Facetime with me while my family went to see the place. The apartment updated recently. New appliances and new vinyl wood flooring. Love this The size is perfect for me.

|Recommended: YesLove it, friendly tenants and work staff — All the work staff I've interacted with have been very kind and helpful. The buildings look and smell new, nothing looks or smells old run down. The grounds are pretty, nice area for dog walks. Feels like a safe area as well.

|Recommended: YesVery comfortable living here — I have lived here for 50 years. That should tell you how much I adore living here. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The staff is pleasant and ready to serve. I cannot say enough about the maintenance staff. They are the best. Work orders are taken care of immediately. Office staff is very friendly and attend to your problem or messages.
I only have one complaint. You hear every step and voices from your upstairs neighbor. This is because the floors are a wood floor tile ,When the apartments had carpeting the building was sound proof. Not anymore.You hear people walking down the halls, doors closing and voices. Very annoying. This is not the office staff or maintenance problem. The staff is great, ready to help. Very proud of them. I am lucky to have a staff who is very professional. As I am hard to please. I cannot say enough about the property Staff.

|Recommended: YesWe are in a transition period -- all learning how things will work — I understand we are in a transition period -- I have lived here for 16 years and am pleased. Recently there seems to be better attention to detail and cleaning the hallways and lobbies.
We are kept informed about changes like parking lots. Over all I am satisfied and appreciate the opportunity for feedback.
A monthly newsletter or property updates and improvements would be great.
