|Recommended: YesExceptional Apartment Experience — I've have the pleasure of calling Twin Lake Towers my home for the past 3 years, and I couldn't be happier with my home.
The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and well taken care of.
The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that makes everyday living a joy.
The maintenance team is prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise, and the common areas are always clean and well-kept.
The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, gym and transportation options. I've found everything I need right at my doorstep, making life convenient and enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to be your next home. Kudos to the entire apartment leasing office team.

Zoila and Katia are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to answer any and all questions you have prior to moving in, and they continue providing the same impeccable service to ensure you are satisfied with making Twin Lake Towers your home. From the management – Zoila and Katia – to the maintenance crew, this team and level of attention, communication, and service cannot be beat. I was a bit apprehensive at first, not knowing what to expect, but I have never had such a refreshing renting experience.

|Recommended: YesI fell in love with Twin Lake Towers on my first tour. The apartments are surprisingly spacious and have a somewhat pleasant retro character reminiscent of late 70s.....I love it.
Zoila Escobedo - the coolest leasing consultant you could ever meet funny, thorough and a great asset to the leasing office. She is a huge part of the reason why I'm happy with my flat especially having gone out of her way to ensure that the location, condition and concerns with my new home were immediately addressed. I tend to have one or two key indicators that immediately determine whether not I like someone regardless of their status or profession do I want to share a meal with them, Needless to say, Señora Escobedo passed with flying colors.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance crew is the best — We had a clogged sink in the bathroom and Abacuc sp came the next day to fix it, which he did. While in the bathroom he noticed we had a lightbulb out in our fixtures so he said he would change them all so they'd match lol. Then my wife decided to go out on the balcony and opening the door she broke the handle. Great day He said no worries and he had another handle in the basement so he hustled down and replaced the door handle. All the guys here couldn't possibly be any kinder or respectful. They come in and do their jobs efficiently and do it right the first time. Twin Lake Towers is seriously one of the best , if not THE best place we have ever lived Bob DB

|Recommended: YesWe moved in to Twin lake towers in May 2023, till now our overall experience has been very good, especially i would like to mention and appreciate Ms. Katia Cisneros, who has been a great support and always ready to help, i will give her personnally 5 starts.
|Recommended: NoConstantly sending emails about enforcing rules but there’s literally always dog poop sometimes even in little baggies LEFT ON the stairs right next to the entrance and exits. So they only care to enforce some rules.
|Recommended: NoBuilding is literally falling apart especially in the rubbish rooms. Parking spots are very limited yet you have to pay if not get towed. I work second shift almost third and it’s always incredibly noisy at 7-8 am. Maintenance is great and fast but everything else about this place sucks. The washer dryer is always out of service and first floor has to share with second floor with the laundry room. I wouldn’t recommend I’m waiting for my lease to end at this point.
