submitted by  - |Recommended: NoBuilding is literally falling apart especially in the rubbish rooms. Parking spots are very limited yet you have to pay if not get towed. I work second shift almost third and it’s always incredibly noisy at 7-8 am. Maintenance is great and fast but everything else about this place sucks. The washer dryer is always out of service and first floor has to share with second floor with the laundry room. I wouldn’t recommend I’m waiting for my lease to end at this point.
submitted by Anna M. - |Recommended: NoReview — There is usually garbage around the parking lots. We don’t have garbage cans near there. And people don’t always pick up their dog poop especially when it’s near an entrance. There are mice. However every complaint put in has been handled immediately and with grace. The response time is amazing. Only thing I suggest looking into is the fact that if someone gets locked out of their apartment outside of office hours there is no way for them to get in unless they want to break down their door which will lead to an expensive fee or call a locksmith at an unreasonable hour which will again lead to an unreasonable fee. There should be some sort of way to avoid that in an emergency because if someone does not have their wallet or something you leave them stranded with no where to go. And how maintenance handled my situation like this they were rude.
submitted by Wendolyn E. - |Recommended: YesI enjoy living at Twin Lake tower Tower 3 AptA407 — I feel safe secure here at Twin Lake Tower Neighbors are very nice Maintenance staff are very responsive, processing work orders very timely and they keep everything in working order The natural setting with the pond, gym, pool, doggie park, the golf course park across the street are all plusses Appreciate convenient laundry on each floor however the front load machines never work properly and I lose money every time I'm not as pleased with the job of the cleaning staff I don't believe they ever mop the tile area in front of each apartment door when they vacuum each week nor has the basement entryway been mopped scrubbed since I've been here. I'm embarrassed to bring my visitors through that entrance The lobby areas and elevator don't seem to be mopped regularly either When I moved in May 2022, I was told we were getting a new cleaning service but this new cleaning service started out well and it seems like they went down hill fast I really appreciate the dog park and the dog waste stations however some of the other residents don't appear to be cleaning up behind their dogs I would like to say I'm very irritated that residents keep propping open the fire doors. The fire doors are for everyone's SAFETY and I can't believe people are disregarding that. It might be helpful to post warnings on the doors that they are fire doors and must be kept close and anyone who violates this will be fined. Just my suggestion... Finally, I would like to say I'm very disappointed with the towing situation. I pay 35 a month for assigned parking and because I forgot to put my pass back in my car it was towed away and cost me 350 to get back Every other apartment complex I lived in before logged my license plate number and not a parking pass I feel it's highway robbery and it's a scheme and a racket to help the tow company earn money I should never have been towed when I pay 35 extra every month to park on the premises very dissatisfied with that
submitted by Graham N. - |Recommended: NoThis place was honestly in its prime about 2 summers ago maybe, at least for me and my fiancé. Ever since we resigned a 2 year lease in august of 2022, everything went downhill. From property management trespassing on our property, to making me pay late fees for rent more than once when their portal was down, still Insisting I pay the late fees not my fault and happened more than a couple times. I was told they fixed it and had my automatic payment setup after the first time and they literally tried pulling it again the following month. Also my car has gotten towed twice here when I have a visible parking permit and never got any refund. With everything this place as pulled they easily took more than 700 from me. I highly recommend if you have money do not waste your time on this place. You’re welcome. P.S not 100 of customers recommend this place. Me and about 10 other people that I know of, would agree.

submitted by Shobbe - |Recommended: YesThe property managers are very polite and friendly, especially Katia. The managers send maintenance staff to the apartment immediately. If you are someone who is looking forward to living in a home with friendly, professional, and responsive property managers, then this is where you belong. The maintenance staff have been easy to communicate with. They are available 24 7 and are able to fix almost anything. Maintenance checks are done often to ensure safety in fire emergencies. The apartment itself is beautiful and notoriously luxurious.

If you have an issue, they do their best to work with you to help solve said issue. Maintenance is also a plus, and having them around 24 7 is fantastic. Maintenance accommodates you and works around your schedule to get anything fixed. The snow is shoveled before it’s even done snowing.
